great food great staff faulty heating limited storage
i enjoyed the great food. the staff were great. the room was comfortable. easy access was provided out of hours.
the heating did not work. it was fairly cold. there were no wardrobes. i found little drawer space.

amazing stay!
comfortable bed convenient sockets great fridge air conditioning
the room had air conditioning, a lifesaver! i loved that the king size bed was super comfy, ensuring a restful night. plenty of plug sockets made charging all my devices easy and convenient. i was happy there was a fridge in the room, perfect for chilling drinks after a long day.
the heating wasn't working as expected so the room felt a little cold, unfortunately.

the hotel is really close to hampstead heath so morning walks were very accessible. parliament hill is also nearby, a short walk offers awesome views. kentish town tube station is also just a ten-minute walk away.

lunch was delicious. breakfast was also a treat. i saw that many locals visited, a testament to its popularity and quality, and this added to the place's awesome atmosphere.

the staff were friendly at check-in. they showed me around the hotel and made sure i knew how to get in, even when the pub was closed. that was super helpful, and i appreciated that touch.

The room had a fridge. Chilling drinks was simple. plenty of plug sockets made charging electronics easy

excellent stay
comfortable room nice touches convenient milk
the room was very comfortable with nice finishing touches like water, a toothbrush kit, and fresh cookies. it was quiet, despite the location above the pub restaurant. i found it convenient they provided milk already in the fridge (after a long journey, this was quite useful).
the heating didn't work, and it was fairly cold.

the room provided tea and coffee facilities along with a minibar. superb hot water and heating was available, however heating was not working properly . the room was decorated very well and in keeping with the hotel.
